i wouldn't call doom a piece of stuff, it's enjoyable to me sometimes.  but it's not on the same level as any recent video game obviously because it's incredibly loving old and doesn't deserve the defense of stalingrad chexguy is giving it.

Why are ArmA and CS even in there? A modern military shooter isn't a literal definition. It's what you get when you take everything that makes CoD, the Battlefield campaigns, and the newer Medal of Honor games loving trash. No freedom in single-player due to extensive use of cutscenes and scripted sequences, nonexistent multiplayer balance (excluding BF3 because it's funny), and stuff level design in both single- and multiplayer.
