I think he's asking if the small version has the Canadian flag, or if he has to get the full version for that. The answer to that is yes, though there should be a listing in the OP of which countries are contained in the small version.

It's in the full version. If you want, you can open both versions, and drag the flag you want from the full version to the tiny version. It'll load the new flag just fine in the tiny version.
