NationStates is a free nation simulation game where you style a country by your own ideals, whether it's to make a publicized communist dictatorship or a privatized corporate conglomerate or if you just want to make the worst life possible for your citizens.
The game is based on the maker's book "Jennifer Government"

You can't take out other nations, there isn't war. You just need him to politely leave.

Also I have a serious nation + region that I've operated for a few years.
