Okay, I am at wit's goddamn end with this problem, so I'm posting here about it until I can think of a better approach.

I need help.  Basically, I make MIDI music and I need to add vibrato to something I'm working on.  Does anyone know of a MIDI editor that can be used to add vibrato to notes?  I can't find anything on the subject that isn't about the MIDI protocol itself, which I know forget all about.

Basically any DAW with a few plugins would work. I use REAPER, and I think it has a built in plugin for vibrato. If not, it'd be easy enough to find.

In other news, finished this: http://soundcloud.com/lloid-1/quartz

This thread is still alive? Cool.

oh definitely, I've been looking for someone on my steam friends list who I could talk about gear with but everybody I have added who's kind of into music production uses 100% software :(

Right now I use a launchpad for coming up with drum patterns/music ideas or just basic clip launching in ableton. I created this https://soundcloud.com/theairshipera/shooting-star-1 and this https://soundcloud.com/theairshipera/atomic-jump using the launchpad :)

I also have a MicroKORG synth that I'm getting used to, and also learning how to build synth programs with it. I haven't really posted much that includes it yet.
Sometimes when I'm playing with the microkorg I'll apply some filters with a Mini Kaoss Pad 2, which is a fun little portable effects processor  :D

I also have a korg nanopad1 that I bought on ebay for $17, and I really haven't done much with that yet because before I got the Novation Launchpad that comes with a lite edition of Ableton, I didn't really have any DAWs that I could use the pads with other than some demo versions of fruity loops or something.
Recently I tried using the XY pad on it in Ableton to control sample pitches for like a scratch effect, though. lol

I have an idea of a live setup using the launchpad for the clips n stuff, launch control for FX, and IL Remote for other stuff I may need, of course I have no idea what I'm doing nor own a launchpad or launch control.

Guys, can I get some opinions on this one? Don't bother with the choppy guitarness, I am well aware of that already. But should I make more like this? Stick to my usual stuff? In between?

Idk if this will help anyone, but if any of you are wanting to get into EDM or already are in and want to go a bit further just check out my gear I guess, also I'll gladly answer questions. Making EDM with good equipment can get costly, but it's worth it!
Studio Setup:
Laptop: Macbook Pro
DAW (Dumb term: Music Software): Fruity Loops Studio 11
MIDI Keyboard: Korg KROSS 61 Mobile Workstation Keyboard
Headphones: AKG STUDIO HEADPHONES K-66
Monitors: Behringer MS16 Active Monitors
Microphone: Audio-Technica AT2020
Vocal Editing Software: Audacity (I recommend this or Fruity Loops)

Performance Setup:

Laptop: Macbook Pro (OR Lenovo Thinkpad)
Decks/Mixer/Scratchboard: Hercules DJ Control AIR (It's cheap but it works fantastically, I'd use this or Numark Mixtrack Pro)
Monitors/Speakers (Depending on where you are playing you'll have to adjust this): Behringer MS16 Active Monitors

I use to use a Novation Launchpad which I will buy one again, my original one broke cause I dropped it on accident (Silly me)

Obviously for both studio and performance, you'll need an overflow of cables to get everything to work. But it's not that bad.

this song i've had for a full week or something, maybe an hour or 2 working time spread over a week because it kept crashing if i opened it, so much going on and not a good enough computer to have the project not crash my pc so often
