this is my theory. perhaps they're really good friends (or were when they were younger) and somehow came up with the name together or something, then one of them (probably oliver) kept using it?

I think the name part might be right.

Then again, knowing how close the l and k keys are, maybe he just misspelt his name once and thought it would be a good username.

or the k could be from Lukas the rest from Oliver.

Also considering Oliver probably does more than Lukas if they are working together it'd make sense the username sounds closer to Oliver.
