How wasn't she happy with 60-70k? That's a pretty good amount of money to make per year.
As other people said, she didn't quit.
However it's a bit more complicated than being fired.
See, way back in the spring (i cant remember if it was before or after she got arrested, I want to say before) she got her hip replaced.
She took sick time off for this. She was able to walk and move perfectly fine after about a week and a half.
She didn't return to work for four months. She claimed she was just using all of her built up sick time because she was going to retire soon and didn't want to lose it, but I strongly doubt that for some reason. It was just as we convinced her to start working again that she ended up being arrested for the third (major) time.
She's apparently amassed a rediclious amount of unpaid fines and failure to show to court on many other offences we didn't even know about.
Most of these are traffic infractions.
She's currently being held on bail somewhere between 2,500$ and 10,000$ that my aunt is going to cover.
