What does this satellite do? Is it like decommissioned or something

ran out of fuel
you mean people are stupid enough to make satellites that dont run on solar?

No, he means it ran out of fuel to recalibrate its orbit.
Unless people can make fuel out of solar in which I say I'm astounded

You beat me to it.

Well there is a solar powered engine but its probably really expensive and it takes years to get anywhere.

do you know how satellites work

More than half of it will burn up in the atmosphere, the remaining ~200 pound parts will scatter across the pacific ocean. Or your house.

We put satellites in a low orbit so that we can have fast communication with them. The downside to this is that they still hit a few high up air molecules, slowing them down over a period of time. Usually it just takes an occasional rocket blast every month or so to keep it going, but it ran out of fuel, so it's just going to keep slowing down until it's low enough to get caught by the upper atmosphere and re-enter.

so uh what do the two lines mean 'cause its on the red and that one goes over my state
