I put a $40 USB Microphone that I was looking at because soon Im going to start making some youtube videos. While just the other day I found a way to just use my xbox headset to record audio.

My mom placed the order yesterday and now I have a $40 microphone coming that I dont want or need anymore....

I have Turtle Beach X12 that can plug into the computer. But if you're using the microsoft one then yes

essentially I wanted to record my voice, party chat, and game audio all at once. In order to record your voice you need to record it onto the computer. So I was thinking of buying a seperate microphone (the $40 one) but I just found out I can use the headset I have
