not really, music files can be at max 1mb
Kilobytes are made up of bytes, like megabytes are made up of kilobytes. That is what he meant.
How long are the music loops and are you outputting it to an .ogg under decent compression? Like I can make an ogg music file that is 1 minute long with it being 700KB or lower depending on how much compression I use. Are you also outputting the files under mono? I use Audacity to convert my audio over to .ogg files, their default ogg compression setting is pretty good.

Lower Raise the compression of the ogg music file then, you aren't compressing it enough.
