Neat. I'll hop on soon to finish the construction of our corvette.

I am going to hop on mush and start playing this. I love MUDs

Sweet, give me your co-ords if you fall on our planet and i'll pick you up.

Double post: The Corvette is nearly done. I'm just building weapon bays for it and a few extra modules. Then we'll be able to fly to the station and pick up new players.

I do not think we should do that. Being dumped into wilderness and spending 1-3 hours real time wandering and surviving and searching guides, using HELP, and checking the command reference yourself is a pretty good tutorial and sets in the right mindset for playing the game.

Edit: Unpaid Cartographer skill is fairly useless without hacking abilities which take hundreds of skill points to get as it's a fairly advanced skill. You find tons of encrypted misc items with the DISCOVER command and while exploring too.

Edit2: I've made 5 botanical discoveries in the past 12 hours by exploring every now and then while doing other stuff like watching videos. I've probably idly explored for ~5 hours. I should have become a botanist instead of retiree.

Edit6: Six now. Tip: Diseases at the beginning of the game are not serious. They'll heal themselves eventually and are not life threatening.

The space Corvette is 98% done.

We will make EVA suits and weapons and whatnot and load the ship up for a space exploration.

I think my goal now I build 10 buildings for public use in the village. I have no idea what but it's my winning requirement so gotta build 'em all.

By the way I use the monoOne font with MUSHclient: https://github.com/madmalik/monoOne
I think it's pretty but it is a tad taller than it is wide so the maps and things are a little squished. I'd use FixedSys but it doesn't allow for 12pt size. I'd rather have a large font size in a game that is all reading than strain my eyes.

Edit: In order for the planetary map to work you need to set the column/word/character wrap to a minimum of 200. That's how wide the planetary map is.

The Space Corvette is complete. HURRAH! It's beautiful.

I am now installing shields and weapons and other tech modules on it.

what do all these loving green orbs do

I don't know what the hell is going on my computer but it's a menace.

Can't install MUSHClient because apparently Adminstrator rights aren't enought to open the .exe, or windows can't access file path.

Right click the .exe and Run as administrator?

Tried and no success.

EDIT: What the heck? Now flashclient works? FINE BY ME
Edit2: Maybe my computer is cursed by machine spirit...
Edit3: X: 75, Y: 18 Are my coordinates

Where did everyone go?

Guys. I built 8 new buildings in the village. Go check 'em out. We're also on the shuttle network now. Go check out other people's villages.
