car headlights

Is it possible for someone to make car headlights? I was thinking that you can use the seden police car lights and do some tweaking so that it can shine. Or just change the color of the flash to and orange for a flasher to let you turn left or right. anyone up for it? Because i dont scrip or modle i only do music :)

If possible, could someone make a script that makes lights automatically point forward on a model when they have certain joints on them, and you would name them light0, light1, light2, etc.?  And in scripts, define light datablocks, which would be detected by the support script.
