You swallow it and it kills you.

The pill itself has a slight delay before it takes effect, giving someone time to jail you (or kill you themselves).
Best used on servers where Self Delete is disabled.

I'd like to think anyone with more than 1000 Hp would be immune to these types of narcotics anyways; what would they need to run from?

It's one of the only items in Blockland that absolutely everyone in Blockland knows and trusts.  Add this, and not everyone in Blockland will trust it.  :P
