Why does RTB takes forever to accept new add-ons now?

I updated a vehicle a few weeks ago and still nothing, and that's not the first time that happens either, I just wonder why it takes almost one month to approve any add-ons now, I also heard that there is a lot of people waiting for a long time to get their add-ons approved, Ephialtes really need to add more people to fix this

I have a couple add-ons  that have been in the tank since august.

because some people like ephialtes have something called a life. they cant spend their day constantly checking an entire add-on or sometimes even an entire new system for any flaws or such.

plus ephialtes is visiting family for the winter.

Both Ephi and I also have very demanding full time jobs so it's difficult to find time to do such a monotonous task. We're looking to add mod reviewers but it will require some changes to the moderation control panel which neither of us have time for. I'll have a look through the track to try and clear it down if I get a chance this morning.

We understand he has things to do, it's just if hes going to be busy with other things for long periods of time he should find someone well suited for the roll and appoint them for add-on approval.

I don't know, I don't really think people would abuse it, because they risk getting permanently cut off from all RTB services if Ephi finds out.  Plus I would argue that people are inherently good and would try to do as honest a job as they could.
