Why doesn't just someone make a substitute for rtb?
There is. It's called the Add-ons forum.

Pretty lame lol but okay.

I tried sumbitting some old add-ons like Monster Jeep, Blocko Car R, and some others...

If you think someone is going to takes weeks of time to make a website, a in-game system, and all the other RTB functions just because they are delayed a little bit, you got another thing coming. Make your own if you want a substitute.

I know. I submitted 2 add ons and the weren't even looked at yet. Before the system, you could upload add ons without them being approved by a moderator. It was convenient, but a ton of horrible add ons were popping up. I think it was a good idea to have add ons checked by mods to prevent low quality add ons, but convenience is a good idea. I agree with the idea of getting more Moderators.

I would love to sign up to help approve the mods.

I have 3 add-ons from last year still left in the holding tank. Including the Tumble Bottle, which was requested to be on RTB.

Not even my money can pay for my shattered sides.

You made a really basic IRC client? Not sure why you're coughing.
