Author Topic: Do you guys have a favorite period of history, if any?  (Read 2323 times)

Today, every other time period is crappy.

WWII is cool, revolutionary war/war of 1812 era is p cool too.  civil war is alright.  late 1800s america is neat too.  roman empire is cool as well.

Either now or the Industrial Revolution. Eras where stuff actually happened.

cold war
aka 1950's to 1990's

greek.
their mythology fascinates me.

also crusades time. its amazing how the bible actually is the thing that invented most of the monsters we believe in today through the crusades. it all leads back to the pagan/christianity war.

Anytime before swag, yolo, selfies, every gangsta/illuminati/brother/other bullstuff rapper came to be, twerking, and people being overly attached to their cell phone.

Why do people complain about stuff like that?^

It's gonna be hilarious to see all the swagcigarette brother homies get nowhere in life.

Greek and Medieval era.

I dont see why people complain about stuff like gangstas or anything

Yeah it's annoying and I hate them too but shut the forget up seriously

Spanish contact with the Aztecs, no joke, around 1428–1521.

Even though the Aztecs were bloodthirsty and commonly practiced sacrifice via pulling out hearts, their technology was quite advanced, creating dykes, aqueducts and sanitation. Their city was apparently the "Venice of America," as some witnesses said. If your not convinced, look at this map.

so far, 2013 is my favorite period of history
