Author Topic: Good Music Topic  (Read 12407 times)

blok you have a problem with elitist opinions

you removed the "60s 70s rock" from the name and decided that "good music" would be enough again

The intro and the music found in the OP should give people and idea of what music I'm/we are looking for.

I'm not saying that everyone elses music is bad and that my music is the best.

And honestly, a topic name like that attracts more people so I can find more music. I don't want set limits.

No AC/DC?

OP sucks

Venom - Black Metal

they both know what they're doing because they're talking about music in general that they think good

that is what the point of the topic is, ri-oh

"good music" from the "60s-70s," am I right

then why set a limit in the op as to what genre+era

No, Fab insulted me for nothing. There is a lack of a lot of music in the OP. Telling me that, something I already know, is not contributing to the topic. If he were to post some AC/DC music, he would be. If I like the music and I think it fits in with the music I'm looking for, I will add it.

Hold on. Let me find this quote. I answered this a while back. Gimme a second.

EDIT: Here it is.

Also, the "(60s-70s rock)" doesn't mean that everything in this topic has to have been made in that time period. I'll take things well into the 80s as long as they are as good as and sound similar to things from the 60s and 70s. I put that because probably 95% of the stuff in this topic is made in that time period. When I say "60s-70s", I really mean that it sounds like it came out of that time period. It's really up to what I think.

I always imagine myself being amazing at making videos with some of my music. I feel like I'd have the perfect song for certain moments.

yes and then i realize i have zero talent and/or no way of making it happen

wait so is this still a thread for only specific kinds of music or is it just a post-any-music-you-think-is-good thread

I think OP said its still for 70's/60's rock.

I'm going to show you some of the weird Hendrix I listen to.

House Burning Down - Electric Ladyland
Hey Joe - Live at Winterland (This is the best version of Hey Joe in existence)
Day Tripper - BBC Sessions
Driving South - BBC Sessions (This whole song is just one big guitar solo)
