Basically, as the soldiers were coming back from World War Two, they were allowed easy access to housing due to the GI Bill. This spawned a new type of living, the suburb. However even as massive middle class housing projects were being mass produced across the country, blacks were simply not allowed to take part. Back then it wasn't illegal to not sell someone a house on the basis of race, and so the realitors and their clients were afraid that blacks would drive down property values. Furthur more, any time blacks did start moving into a neighborhood, realitors purposed pressured the white middle class residents to sell their houses for an vastly decreased cost, convincing them that crime rates were going to shoot though the roof, and property values plumit. Once they had gotten the houses back from the whites, they sold them to the blacks at extremly high intrest rates, as they couldn't afford anything decent. The blacks now were sectioned off in extremly worthless parts of cities and towns, and since things like schools and hospitals are funded though property taxes, the blacks, who have houses that are worth extremly little, ended up having very little to pay in taxes. Thus the schools, hospitals, and all around infrastructure in primarily black areas suffered severly. Without decent police, education, health care and the like, the inner city blacks lost faith in the government, and the code of the streets, which emphatises violence and self reliance developed.

blacks are 13% of the population. if they were the same as the average all of those statistics would go down by 13% upon removal. those numbers are going down by two to five times more than 13%. this is basic math

Um, ok. First things first, Blacks are a minority in the US and make up about 10-15% of the population. That gets rid of the idea that black people cause the most crime in the US (Keep in mind that some parts of the government and parts of the justice system are corrupt and decimate again other races). Have you even noticed how kids white and black skip in school and the administrators are more likely to address the black kid.

Second, blacks cant be the cause of most of the poverty in the united stated because there are a minority, not to mention that the proletariat class (lower class) are a huge part of our workforce and with out them our country would fall.

Third, IQ test are accurate test of intelligence

Fourth, if you want to talk about rape and crime, look at what slave masters did to their slave (Which was all legal at the time).

Fifth, My school is about 43% Black 36% White And the rest of the percent other, there are more whites in my school that do drugs than black

You may have look up information of this topic but that doesn't mean the information is correct. Im so glad that most people in the US don't think like people on these forums
