Shoulda made a poll with 100 options.

with blockland as a game, without involving the community, it's been a 10/10 and has never stopped being a 10/10

however if we do involve the community, we're looking at like a 6.

why the forget does nobody host a consistent tdm

i can't host a consistent tdm, i have a job

well you're the only person who seems capable of this. I see projects that take weeks, maybe months to finish, you whip out a catchy and unique server (zombie ghosts) in under a week, and the end result is twice as fun, given the other project wasn't abandoned.

I mean you even released those quake weapons, but I haven't seen anyone do anything with them yet. No one seems to be able to recognize what a good server is made up of.

The servers on the top of the list now-a-days just look so uninteresting, some of them I look at and ask my self how they could possibly have that many people.

I kinda wish that there was an optional voice chat. It would make RP servers a bit better (of course it depends on who's on the server as well. I've been playing some darkRP servers on gmod and they are far better then what we have. Of course half of the functions in gmod multiplayer are broken and blockland can have more stuff on a server at once

at least make it toggleable by hosts (and by the client), have an ability to mute or "gag". Maybe have a max decibel level that someone can talk at so it's not really loving annoying, people yelling everywhere.

stuff like that works (for the most part) in games that are rated M, it would be more or less just annoying in Blockland, unless it was like a TDM or something and you could actually do some strategic stuff.

Greek would also have to come out with a "team-voice chat" option, which would be neat.

all the rpg servers started this year with V using iban's mod, then outpact, aoki, etc.

85/100

I liked maps :I, they should have made the fog/ visibility limit higher... Also, you could've had flat landscape anyway like we have in v21, don't see the difference, also add environment options (also bots), then it would have been awesome, I don't care about shaders because I have a lame graphics card (intel family chip set D:).

Blockland really doesn't need voice chat support. If you really want to use voice chat, just use Skype or Mumble or some other software.

Yeah why don't they leave?

I mean more for RPs. I think a big reason why gmod RPs are better then blocklands is because of the voice chat.

95/100/A
It was like 85, then went up to 88, my final decision was 95 lol. It's not perfect but it's still an amazing game that I've never regretted buying. Even though there would be a lot less gameplay if the modding capability wasn't there, the whole aspect of building your own maps with a very fine precision compared to huge block building games like minecraft (ugh gigantic blocks suck) is fantastic. Occasionally when I have an idea that takes hold (like my current zombie survival project (hint hint)) I can get another spurt of enjoyment compared to when I'm bored with the game.

I still find it fun to just randomly join servers that I know are going to be of poor quality and just messing around. Any game that let's me goof around like I can in blockland is great.

Overall I would be happy if I had paid $30+ (which I have between my few keys I have). There's not many games on my list of games I own that I've enjoyed as much as Blockland over the years, OR put as many hours into.

Regarding removal of maps/interiors, it bummed me at first but I've seen a major increase in creativity regarding maps, builds, and ingenuity since then. You can't just have half the work on some poor quality/overused map like GSF Ghost's map. Even though they were cool map that he put a lot of work into, half the servers just used the same maps over and over and it would get boring to see twenty servers on gsf paradise or whatever. Now if you want a large map you make it, pretty much guaranteeing that you're not going to see the same server twice.
