second, being a launch title is specifically why it should at the very least be at-par with previous games. turn 10 had two years to make it

turn 10 haven't had 2 years to make it, they released forza horizon a year and a month or so ago, and the xbox one wouldn't have been available for them to do things such as beta test.
And on top of that, it is actually on par with previous titles.

turn 10 did have two years, because playground games was the primary developer for horizon
not being able beta test, as you said, wouldn't affect the amount of cars and tracks in the game
and I can't believe you even said that last thing. do you know what on par means? it has half as many tracks and cars as forza 4, which is a two-year-old game on an outdated system

I'm pretty sure I'm the only person in existence that loved Horizon. I don't really like the motorsport series because I don't like extremely simmy games. I liked the half-sim half-arcade feel of Horizon, it was similar to NFS: Hot Pursuit 2 from like 2003. (the feel of the driving, I mean)
