Game idea that should be made ASAP

Why hasn't anyone made a Hunger Games: The video game? It doesn't even need a story mode, it could a 24 person FFA multiplayer game where you make your own person and choose their fighting style.

That kinda sounds doable when DayZ comes out standalone, just get a 24 player game with mods and there you have it
