Which one of those games should I buy?

I want to buy a racing game and there is two games in my mind, one is Assetto Corsa which is a racing simulator game (link here) and the other is NFS Rivals (link here) not sure which one to get

Just because the framerate is locked to 30FPS is a terrible port? I consider glitched graphics or bad controls or game breaking things a bad port, for example GTA IV and it's weird graphic glitches and how it needed a lot of power from the computer to handle it
