Jesus you should be able to walk a mile within 15 minutes. How slow are you going?

best i did in middle school was 7:48 racing this girl who did it in 7:05 or something, blegh she's probably a car in disguise or something

since high school i've still been trying to beat 10:27, i think maybe my middle school track was shorter than a mile because i don't feel much slower.

damn, my fastest is 8:07

and the great part is is that my 105lb friend wants me to join track with her. like no girl i can run short distance pretty fast but endurance running? no. never.
and can you imagine how silly my fat ass would look next to someone so skinny on a track team no less?

Also, for some context, I have it last period and the last two times it was EXTREMELY hot.

And I wasn't the last one either. There were like 10 people left and they were mostly more fit for it.
