Why do you need a "regular" car? Jeeps work fine.

"Can't use modelling programs". Get Blender and learn to use it. Then use the DTS exporter to get your model in-game and then use the many tutorials () to make a script.

only one problem.... that .dts exporter doest work at least for me

You could export it to .obj (built in exporter) and use Obj2DTS. Read the documentation for it, too.
