In the video you admit to crashing people's skypes before. And then you set him up, yes even if you deny setting him up, to crash your skype just so you can whine to the drama section like you usually do. That "no, I was joking" part was very faint and was your attempt to not reveal your setup to him by pretending you were just joking.
