I'm looking at either getting BF3 or BF4. I've heard BF4 is really buggy though , while BF3 is more stable but of course a little older

What would you guys suggest??

I've just heard a lot about bugs and such from it and wondering if it was even worth it at its current stage

bugs were very recently fixed, and even then that's still really dumb lol

get 4, even if there are bugs stuff you should still get it. and there aren't, so definitely get it
