Help me remember this game

A while ago I was surfing some abandonware site (can't remember which one) and I came across this futuristic-looking game that had flying cars in it, inspired by The Fifth Element and Blade Runner. It wasn't based or built on either of those games. It had a limited choice of vehicles, and the plot of the story had something to do with bounty hunting. It was made back in the late 90's and was 3D. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? A link would be fine, too.

On the contrary Captain Falcon is a legendary bounty hunter and there are a few other characters whom hunt bounties as well.
