People toggle it with exec.cfg
I have it bound to Numpad_* so if I click it I can align. I also have the perfect smoketoss bound to Numpad_-
I also have like all my weapons bound to my numpad so I can buy with specific numbers.

An eco buy would be: 9+1
9 for tec/p250
+ for armor
1 for smoke (would be let out if pistol round)

I like never buy molotovs because of this but maybe I should bind them to 8 or 9 along with something else.

yeah if I need a molotov or a decoy (to waste $50 on the last round or something) I just use the menu.

pretty much what I used in Source, except I only played lolpubs in Source so I had some ridiculous binds like vesthelm+defuser+deagle and a full set of grenades.

yes
you can get some pretty good items from random drops too. not at all often, but you find stuff often enough so that you steadily grow an inventory

ya, usually the ones that are dropped after grade are all battle-scarred industrial grade umpsi once got a MW AK Emerald Pinstripe from a drop  
but the only real weapons are bought, or uncased
also trading is big in the cs go community
and you can gain weps by betting on pro matches

i bought a stattrak cobalt halftone PP bizon (field tested) for 15 cents
so worth it

my first skin dropped was a pp bizon sand dashed that was battle scarred iirc
