Playing against people your rank takes quiet some time to rank up, even for cheaters.

I'd imagine that smurfs play terribly on purpose to get ranked to S1 and then start hacking when they can play as many matches as they want per day so they can get more laughs in before being banned

that and some people are mind-blowingly awful even with cheats

Playing against people your rank takes quiet some time to rank up, even for cheaters.

I jumped like 5 ranks in the brief time I played, I'm sure someone who cheats could go even faster from a higher starting point.

that and some people are mind-blowingly awful even with cheats

This makes a little bit more sense, though I'd be surprised if those people comprised even 5% of the players in the lower ranks.

I've seen footage of a silver 2 wallhacker on Mirage and hacks do not make up for a lack of skill. Guy was shooting through the wallbang bit at apartments at a Ct the entire time, took him about 40 Ak rounds. He also looked directly at people through walls and still couldn't kill them when prefiring

CSGO match making uses an "elo" system, similar to what chess players use. If you beat people, your elo goes up. You are typically matched with other players that are around the same "elo" as you.

You ACTUALLY have a rank right now.(You just can't see it till you get your 10 wins) Whoever you're being paired with commonly is most likely your rank.

I have spent over 250 USD on keys for weapon crates and the best thing I got was a FT Scar-20 Cyrex. Do not buy crates or keys for them.
