my reply was geared towards anyone who isn't good at the game but as i am bad as well:
my lack of good hardware (15fps average makes response time a lot lower) lack of knowledge, and lack of motivation to get better (i really just want to play the game, but i keep getting forgeted in the ass after 0-1 kills by some guy who has played much longer than i and much more often)
also the community is full of starfishs that make me just want to quit playing all together

It does matter because Competitive is supposed to be skill based matchmaking. If you have someone who's a Global Elite smurfing a silver bracket, that's not fair.

this ELO system is horrible and im never meant to rank up
i really need to boost myself to nova 1, i can't play with almost nobody on my friends list because of it
even one of my friends says im a pile of stuff and i should stay as a silver

oh so my stats don't include what I've done in comp? If so that explains why my KDR low cause I only played casual and DM when I was new.
