i cant be assed to record it properly in theater nor to buy a new videocard so shadowplay doesnt do this

Lower your bitrate and/or resolution and it might not do that. It could be that it's unable to write to the hard-drive fast enough.

i have an SSD :)
dont worry its only because my GPU is long past it's due. it only does this on Shadow Mode which means your GPU is always low-key recording what you do. If I do actual recording with Shadowplay (Manual mode) it's completely ok.
