If you're actually going to pay, there's far better out there.
And quite frankly if you don't have the <5 dollars a month for a paid site, you probably have nothing valuable to host.

Their service was probably the most well featured for free, albeit from this thread you can tell their rules are p vague and dont say what you can & cannot host.

I was using 000webhost up until christmas, when i was going to purchase a new router and modem and just host the site myself
