Filter server list by owner's BLID

its called show BL_ids in player list

how does the player list get the IDs? is the client asking the server or the master server?
and then from there, if it's from the server, how does the server get them?

the server gets them from the auth server and sends them to the clients

so why can't a client ask instead?
could be better than using the RTB server to get the IDs

send the name and ip to the master server to get a bl_id response, thats what I did for my physical server list (a rip-off of marble man's)
