And why am I telling you guys? Because, forget it I dunno; I've been with you guys since before Baddy turned off the swear filter.
I spent a good portion of my later childhood here and its been that one "thing" that really gave me my proverbial 'sea legs' here on the ocean of web 2.0.
You know, I was telling my fianceé this earlier, it's weird when you're 14 and you join a forum like this and everyone else is 14 (except Bisjac) and the years go by and then you're 16 but not as many and the 18 and less and less and then you're 21 and you've got like thirty or so of us oldcigarettes (literally and metaphorically) and everyone else is still 14.
And its like, it still feels important to let you guys know. Like, this isnt just some birthday or blocklaniverrsay thread. This is a thing you tell the important people, and you guys are important in a large but different way in my life.
So yeah. I'm sort of one of those names on here you're probably familiar with (in days of old with my decals, or the infamy of Block Wars, my voice work either with Darkstar and BEE or my own stuff, or maybe just my participation with the Menenverse and those adventures) so I guess this is kind of something you might want to hear.
Her name is Loretta, she's a fantastic woman whom I've known for five years and have dated for a year and a half. She's funny and smart and well read. She's going to teach high school math and I'm going to teach high school English (also a life choice I haven't told you guys about, I've gone back to teaching just not history) and she's absolutely gorgeous. She's stolen my heart so now we're sharing a Netflix account. Soon a steam account and then we'll move in (oh and getting engaged was in there or something).
Tl;dr - swholli is getting married here in a couple of years and he loves you guys and her.
