How do you sign out of Windows Live within Skype?

I have recently linked my Skype and Windows Live accounts. I am curious if there is a way to log out of Windows Live without logging out of Skype as well. Apparently it is possible, but the only topic mentioning it is completely unhelpful: http://community.skype.com/t5/Live-Messenger/logout-windows-live/td-p/1436594 Essentially "How do I do this?" "Figured it out." without HOW.

It's pretty old, yes.

Anyone know how at all? I'm not even really sure where to look for that. The best I have is I know how to show only WLM people, but there isn't anything else attached to that option. It's part of Skype's friend sorting.
