What's your 2013 game of the year?

It's roughly 45 minutes away from being a new year, so what game would you say is the best of this year? My top 5 4 are Cards Against Humanity*, Surgeon Simulator 2013, Papers Please, Metro Last Light, and Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. What are yours?

*I didn't specifically say video games, so this counts. It totally doesn't.

EDIT: I give an honorable mention to Payday 2 which I disqualified for godawful AI and in general being unfinished.
EDIT2: Seeing a lot of Hotline Miamis despite being released in 2012.
EDIT3: forget. Cards Against Humanity was released in 2011.
