Opinions on RP servers using certain mods

you see real games that have role playing have you actually doing something. you dont even have to be in character because it dosnt matter, its a game and there are many levels of fun of your choice.

on blockland, you broadway-show queers sit and think about the dialogue that works best, and stand around waiting for things to move along, hoping something happens.

If you're playing Blockhead64023's cityrp maybe. Most of the RPs I play and consider good have me walking around, looking at the world or do stuff as well. Sorry to burst your bubble mate.

And you're ignoring things just to try to defend potato RPs.Says you. You're acting like it's a federal crime to state that you dislike RPs without stating 'proof' that you accept. Why dont YOU give examples of good RPs, and why YOU like RPs?

I'll give Bluzone as an example of a good role-play. Bluzone, while it had a fairly simple story, had a player-written story which was constantly being developed. With that, the admins would often create events which would help further develop the story. The events were harsh with air-strikes to mutated creatures going on murderous rampages. Overall, it was fairly easy to jump in with a new character and simply roleplay, and also very immersive. I'm also not saying you can't dislike roleplaying, by the way. I am just saying you cannot dictate what others like.

Well, this thread quickly turned into a thread about peoples opinions on a role-playing mod to whenever or not role-playing is a good thing. I can't say I haven't contributed to the argument at all, but I would feel like a hypocrite if I was to continue arguing. Good luck the with intentions you had, Furdle, and finding what suits you the most.

He has a good point, you're just too egotistical yourself and confident in your stubborn opinion that you wont change direction even when any odds against you are logical and make perfect sense. You see him suggest his so called own server as a good one but since its his own you attack his person and call him egotistic? Bluzone is a good example of role-play, and hes not in the loving staff lol. Be open minded to other people's opinions and beliefs. I swear you're just as bad as Furdle now.

I am a guy who really does enjoy simple Blockland RP's, all that matters for me is if the build is good. When an RP server uses a chat mod, I think it ruins the fun. I prefer RP servers which don't use a chat mod.
