Witnesses is pretty much a big factor in proof being faked or not.

I saw him link it in a bunch of server and I saw the form.
The very last question on it was "What is your activation key on Blockland?"

why would he phish for keys if he already has one?

He could resell them at a lower than normal price to try to make money/have alts, or keys to give to friends.

this is kinda dumb isn't it? I mean you can't really do anything with a key, because then two people will be using it and it'd get deactivated for sharing...
