(I realize that a lot of you guys wont take this seriously and will just give me stupid tips and stuff. please dont)

Do what your boss tells you but never be anyone's bitch.
Prepare for a world where you can afford things, feel how quickly it washes away.

just wanted to let you know that typically speaking they aren't going to hire you.

I had to put in about 6 applications to different places before I got a single interview, and even that's not a guaranteed job

if you really want a job, I'd start putting in some more applications and such

Big J's...haha ha ha I'm immature.

If you get an interview, only refer to it as BJ's.

I've been trying to get a job for months now...

I got my first job when I was fourteen with one application to one place. Don't discourage him like that.

I'm not discouraging him, I'm just letting him get a better sense of reality.  Most places aren't running without full capacity in order for you to get a job.  That's just not how the world works, you're lucky that you got your job with one application

you'd be better off applying to a bunch of places rather than just one.

it took me two months to get some place that was hiring and I lost a lot of money in the process. Now I'm two jobs mcgee with lodes emone

If your employer asks you to put in extra hours, always say yes.  It's most likely that he/she will grant you a favor in return.
