You should also check that your network card isn't allowed to turn your pc back on, Sometimes a steam update wakes mine up.

your computer has a RAT and i recommend scanning for rats living in your computer

My computer always does this.

When I turn it off, it turns back on after about 5 seconds every now and again.
Happens more than Id like it to..

I tried adding sentience through a learning language bot. Sort of like teach-bot.
I tried running Bf4, keep in mind I can run it perfectly, but the computer shut it down and put itself on min power supply.
