No, you wouldn't be able to ride the rotor as a vehicle lol.

I remeber Bushido making this ceiling fan prop item. Basically you set it to any brick and it spawned in the direction you put it. Also you couldn't pick it up. I wonder if anyone has it anymore.

I downloaded the add-on off of some obscure website a while back. I didn't know what it was so I just never put it in my add-ons folder.

it wasn't private the moment anybody besides the creator has it
and I have it.. along with many other people
it was even released at one point in time (RTB2? it has the RTB files)
