can we get rid of the "floaters" post because it's so loving misinforming to many people and those aren't even the shapes of WBC what the forget

Well, sort of true. After images exist because when you look at a bright light source it causes those receptor cells to exhaust their supplies of the chemical they use to create nerve impulses, effectively becoming fatigued. When you look away from this light source you see a negative representation of this light source because the receptors that would be feeding you correct data are too fatigued to send you correct data and thus the other colors seep through from receptors that aren't fatigued in that area.

This is why those "look at this image for 30 seconds then look away and see jesus" images work. They burn a negative image of a blobular jesus into your receptors by fatiguing them, then when you look away you see the image as it's meant to be seen. This is also why if you look at one color for too long on your screen you're likely to see the opposite color when you look away.

legend of zelda ocarina of time is only half of what the game was supposed to be.

early in its development, the medallions awarded at the end of the temples were believed to be used as magical spells, rather than just collector pieces.

during development, link was able shoot beams of light out of his sword. the attack was removed for the final game, but textures and working code still exist in the games files.

the reason arwings are in zelda oot, is because developers used the arwings flight patterns as a basis for volvagias.

during development, there was a female npc named aria, who followed you around and gave you advice much like navi.

version 1.0 of oot contains islamic chanting in the fire temple, many textures and the mirror shield have a moon and crest on them, ganondorf coughed up blood, and ganon bleeds out when link stabs him in the end. all of these instances were removed in versions 1.1 and up.

islamic chants

legend of zelda oot was originally supposed to be played with a first person perspective. originally, you could only go into 3rd person during fights.

what about cut up with lasers?? that's what I want. I don't like having to wear corrective lenses :c

I'm kind of used to my floaters anyway, Sometimes it's nice to watch the shapes. Plus one of them split in half and they take up far less space like it.
