I am planning on trying sushi for the first time, I have always wanted to try it since I was 5 or 6 but my parents are scared of me ruining my immune system or even getting hepatitis from it. I would get the sushi from Whole Foods there because I know the fish is very fresh and it is trustworthy, hopefully I don't get sick. I've had avocado rolls many times before and I really like them, what sushi should I start out with? I've heard most people saying salmon sushi is the best one for beginners. Also what does it taste like?
