This actually happened to me today, well something similar drug wise.
I haven't talked to my old friends in awhile since the end of middle school, and when I got to talk to them today, they all were weed smokers. Today we went to mcdonalds and this one kid started smoking some metal pen looking thing. I couldn't tell but he was passing it around and he smoked it in the loving mcdonalds.
This is another reason why I want to be homeschooled, I really hate everyone at my school and everyone I knew fell into stuff like this.

It wasn't an e-cig it was a hookah. They are so good. Also they don't have any drugs in them. (You can put some in though)
