I need your guys' help on finding games that aren't bad for XBOX 360

Okay guys, my friends b-day is coming up, he just got an XBOX 360 and he's looking for games. I have $150 to spend on him, so recommend any games really. But here's what he's looking for (and make sure they aren't gorey or anything or else I'll be dead, his parents are really strict)

He wants:

A good story-line (engaging, exciting, etc)
Decent Graphics
Not rated over T
Isn't gorey
Doesn't have a load of cussing, nudity (no nudity)
Isn't overly-violent

I know this is hard to find games like this, but I'm on a deadline his Bday is this Sunday.

I'm still looking but I figured you guys are the best to ask. Please no dumb comments like "far cry 3" as much as i love that game, I can't buy that for him.
