Basically it would allow you to spawn a random kart via events. (would require speedkarts to be enabled of course)

Also a setRandomColor event would be nice to have.

That would be bad because some speedkart tracks use non-speedkart vehicles for decoration and stuff.

If you want people to make stuff I suggest you don't make comments that. Nobody actually needs an excuse to not make it. Your request isn't a homework they didn't do and are trying to figure a way out of but more of a favor to you.
