Made the audio the same, framerate worse.
yeah, it'll do that

what version of dolphin are you using?

4.0.2, latest.

I just tried another game (Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex) and it was extremely laggy, unplayable.
About 2x as worse as in the video I posted.

Emulators typically need slightly more than double what would be considered a "good spec pc" because they are totally simulating another machine in addition to making that imaginary hardware run a game.

Hell, I have a 770 8gb of ram an 8320 and I cant even run it

<650tiB and 8gb, I ran Dolphin perfectly fine way back when. It's mostly a matter of one's CPU.

Ignore the current resolution, in Dolphin I'm running it at 640x480

I just don't see why it's lagging.

EDIT: It seems that Dolphin is only using around 50% of my computer, not higher.

Anyone know how to make it use up more?
Infact, I need to first find out what's taking up all of the resources, usually when I do play I exit off everything I can. Windows 8 can't be taking up all THAT.

Also, I want to go back to windows 7 as windows 8 uses up more resources (as seen above), but I don't have the setup disc for it anymore, sadly.

I have tried overclocking my CPU, but it started to get really hot so, yeah.

EDIT2: In response to the finding out what's taking everything up problem, I found nothing. Right now, with only google chrome open, I'm only using up 2-4%.

what emulator do you have

I've yet to have any trouble with any emulators of any kind. I'm just going to go ahead and assume they hate y'all.

i can run any emulator without many problems except SNES NES or atari emulators.
