Ive been using it and its loving great. the fact that i can get the past 5-20 minutes is soooo useful. also integrated twitch streaming, so i can stream full hd video and audio without losing any fps (i have gtx 780)

if the game is fullscreen, its supported. or at least thats how it is for me.

It only works for fullscreen DirectX games right now (which doesn't matter much, but the ability to record OpenGL games would be forgetin' sick) and the latest update from about a month ago seems to have broken the ability to turn the indicator off (no biggie). The one function they still have yet to add is a push-to-record-mic option like FRAPS and Dxtory have.

They did say the next thing they're working on is desktop recording.
