Maybe input events:
onMarketPriceFall, onMarketPriceRise, onMarketTrue, onMarketFalse, OnMarketUpdate...

And outputs:
ifMarketIs, ifBullMarket, ifBearMarket, addMarket (host only), removeMarket (host only)...

I think that it would be best handled by a script with events tied to it.them.  There could be tons of uses for this.
