Increase happiness by building some homeless shelters in the capital city.

Also, tell the NSSR to back off.

Begin to nationalize the mining industry and make yourself a contender in the mining industry on a global scale, also, use your newfound wealth and resources to work on a space station.

Doing all these because nobody is debating them.

Implement a 50% tax on marijuana, and fines for smoking in public.
Introduce a benefits system (i.e. more money on your tax return) for not using marijuana.

People appear to be debating this so I won't do anything about this. Debate it more, come up with a compromise or whatever you feel should be done.

No.  I'm serious.  That's even small compared to what it should be.
There are 7.2 billion people now.  There were 6.2 billion not even 20 years ago.  10 billion is like a scenario if a huge war happened in like 2030s that wiped out a billion or so people.  Realistically it should be around 12-13 billion.

"Hey, if this side isn't happy with another side getting happy, we should just take down this law and make all of the people who payed for same-love marriage licenses have their marriage taken away."

I suggest that we refuse any advanced alliances with the Islam state (although, we should accept the trading agreement), due to the last issues of the 'UN' and 'NATO' groups/alliances getting involved with too many wars, draining resources and the like. Into this reasoning, I suggest that our offensive military budget is lower than the homeland security budget. The nation should be a neutral country in most wars that do not involve alliances or the national security.

We aren't the ones moving the pawns here, we are just suggesting things. It is more of an action-reaction type of thing -- we delegate things and those things can lead to the populace of South Africa rallying for secession from the country.
