foreign colonies of civilizations are exempt from the occupation of a capital because of their distance. this means you will have to eliminate them territorially and not just take their capital (eg taking a capital will not give you their land on other continents)

An English Ranger flips off the general who cuts them off and goes to the only Moorish territory still available to the English. Once they finish them, they say they are unable to participate the Crusade anymore and recede from the battlefield, claiming what they can. The English offers to send troops to help the Spaniards.

An English military inventor presents a tube-like design that has a fuse on the back of the tube, a good amount of gunpowder on the bottom that is ignited by a fuse, and then a ball made out of iron. These large tubes are taken and placed onto a ship on both sides. England adopts this mechanic and offers to sell the (efficient) designs.

The English go around the tip of Africa and they go to China. England offers to buy a musket design and a pistol design for what ever amount necessary, hoping to adapt it. They also ask to get the ingredients to make gunpowder for whatever prices.

I assume since the war in all is happening, we can move multiple spaces in America now? I am looking at the fast growth from the Spanish and I would assume so! So, I would like to go to the territory right under the Spanish but above my land that has a little pointy stretch of land.

Okay so, when the ships from China try to come back, they are in the middle of a Typhoon (or what ever) that is not so bad or something so they end up on one of the westerly shores of Australia.

We extend one spot north; you know where that spot I just claimed? That area there is a white spot surrounded by red (not the one touching green). Also since I am kinda out of the Crusades partially just to uh, gather and regroup with supplies of guns, can I claim all of that white islandish areas south of my red spot in Africa?

The World Congress, an international delegation system, will be hosted for the first time by His Holiness in the Vatican City. In the World Congress, nations will vote on proposals such as embargoes, world religions, and international events. For each era that we advance, nations will receive additional delegates for voting (exploration -> industrial -> modern -> atomic -> information.)

The World Congress will change host countries every time it is called. Host countries will receive an additional delegate and the ability to call a proposal. A random nation will be selected for the second proposal.

To vote, nations will simply post whether they are "yay" or "nay" on a proposal, and how many votes per each choice. After (for convenience) most civilized nations have voted, then the World Congress will convene.
